Fractured Wrist

I fractured my right wrist by catching an extremely heavy staff incorrectly. Has this happened to anybody else? The good thing that came of it is now I am getting a lot better with my left.

    not my wrist... but I have broken, sprained and hyperextended my right thumb by catching a staff wrong a few times. It really helped my learning curve
