For those headed to Burning Man

This is Fireproof Cowboy, aka Justin. He is a veteran fire spinner from Controlled Burn, Reno. He uses white gas. He also spins death stars, or artichoke poi as I like to call them. He didn't spin off for this spin, and had to be medivac-ed to Reno for third degree burns.

Just because you're on the playa, doesn't make you invincible. Learn from his lesson, and spin off before you use freakishly large poi.

Seriously.

Well, to be honest I haven't heard from him since this happened, which was BM 2008. I'm pretty sure he helped build the Shiva Vista Stage again this year, Ryano or Dave King would know...
